I bought this to help get rid of belly pooch as an add on to exercise. I wear it when I go for a walk and around the house and it helps me activate my tummy muscles more. You really feel a difference when you take it off. The material is strong and quality, especially the velcro secondary fasteners which suck you in for extra snatch at the waist. Great purchase.

Initially i thought this product was really good, i have used it twice whilst jogging for approx 40 minutes per use. It kept my back in a perfect upright position and stopped me from slouching, but i haven’t noticed any other benefits just yet since i only used it twice.However, after removing the band after my second jog today i noticed that the inside material is tearing. Im really disappointed about this due to how new the product is and lack of usage. So sadly i don't think it is a very durable or good quality piece of kit.Maybe buy a more expensive one.

I never leave reviews but this was worth the time and effort ! It is so smooth and comfortable and durable. I can bend down without feeling like my ribs are going to break. I know I can wear This under a dress and look phenomenal! Also love that it’s 3 separate straps to adjust for all three diff areas of your body! 10/10 recommend!!!

I have tried 4 or t waist trainers in the last month to find one that would give the right support and cinch my waist the way I wanted. This one is perfect for working out and wearing casually. It is a little too bulky for wearing under fitted clothing though. Otherwise I look forward to wearing this waist trainer from now on. One other great thing is the velcro clasps will allow to get it as tight as you can stand it without having to get another one as you get smaller! Most certainly a benefit of this waist trainer. It covers my ENTIRE abdomen too making sure all the fat sweats! Just what I needed!

This trainer came very fast and well packaged to. I love how it fits and feels. It is true to size so go one up if you need to. The price is good I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The Velcro is strong and so is the elastic band. It is easy to put on and adjust to whatever tightness I choose. It this product to help me loose my waist, the minute I put it on I feel the heat & it make you sweat when you are training, so far, I just used it at home workout. the quality seems to be good, so I give it try, yesterday I wear it under my close to go to work to support my back it was ok under my close & good support too!
