This product works very well - although it completely changed the texture of my skin. I have to be VERY careful to only apply where needed; otherwise, it will make my fair, sensitive skin overly "soft." This product is strong!

I just re-ordered this and I never re-order anything. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Retin A to use for anti-aging purposes and bought this after looking at reviews. I've been using it a month and really like how my skin looks and feels. It is baby soft all day and the clarity of my skin has been greatly improved. I've received compliments on my skin, people say it looks healthy and like its glowing. I would say this is a good, anti-aging serum for people who are just starting to see fine lines/wrinkling or those who just want a clear, more radiant complexion.

Either they changed the formula or this is not the real deal.

This product made my skin flake and peel off, which is exactly what I wanted! I'm in my 30s now, so it's all about the skin peeling, especially around the laugh lines, crows feet and jawline.This product is not an irritant and doesn't make your skin turn red. The flaking/peeling of my skin happened within 48hours. My skin is harder to peel due to my sensitive skin and it was looking dull, not as tight, and my wrinkles were more noticeable. I'm allergic to a lot of products like salicylic acid- I didn't have any allergic reactions to this product. Then I apply this product, a boost of Vitamin C/ Hyaluronic oil, and Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel on top. I'm hoping to come back and revise this review later, but my initial experience with this product was terrifying. I must have applied this too liberally because after a week of using this product, my face started to change. My skin started to feel like plastic, my crows feet stood out in bright red, my eyes started drooping at the hood and my inner under-eye tissue turned dark and developed the consistency of an orange peel. It felt like I had applied acid to my face and I looked ten years older. My face started to hurt and then my skin felt very tight and dried out alarmingly. I applied macadamia nut oil and coconut oil in droves and my skin soaked it up and was still dry and leathery. My skin even changed color to a yellow hue for a day. All the while, my skin was peeling constantly. I had to scrub the peeling skin off continuously throughout the day or look like a lizard at work. My skin is now returning to a more normal state after moisturizing and exfoliating like mad. I will continue to use this product VERY cautiously in greater moderation as that seems to be how it works (stripping the outer layer to inspire cell regeneration), but I am wondering whether using too much runs the risk doing nerve damage? If it turns out I was just slathering when I should have been dabbing, I'll change my review. But that was a terrifying experience.There should be two warnings on this bottle: Use only a tiny amount! Moisturize like mad!

I've done hours of research to make sure I'm not buying Vitamin A cream that is being pawned off as Retinol and sure enough, most of the products on this site are selling retinol palmate... not retin A or true retinol. I've just finished my first bottle of Go Therapeutics and my skin looks good! There was some initial flaking of the skin on my face but that has stopped. At first I could see that it was making my wrinkles stand out more so I learned about true moisturizing with argon oil or bio oil. After this product has been on my face for at least an hour at night, I use the oil to moisturize and lighter moisturizer in the morning (also an spf 50 facial sunscreen) under my makeup.I'm upping the game and getting the stronger one with 1% this time... my skin is ready for it!

Difficult in the beginning to get the product out of the applicator, thought I'd have to send it back. I put it on my shelf upside down and that seemed to help it come out.
