I can see Great
I can see more clearly now. Wider view as well. I wish I’d made the change years ago. My son rode with me the nite I put beamtech in and he placed an order for his truck the next day. Thanks Beamtech!

Work Well on 2012 Chevrolet Sonic 5 door LTZ
Purchased these headlights in January 2021. Installed them in my son's 2012 Chevrolet Sonic 5 door LTZ with the 1.8L engine. No flickering with any of the 4 bulbs. No dash alarms/error codes either. It is a tight fit, but they are capable of squeezing in there and reaffixing the dust covers. I cannot speak to whether or not they would flicker or alarm on another Chevy, but on ours they don't. Super bright. Major improvement over his old halogens. After witnessing the improvement, I will definitely be upgrading more vehicles to LED headlights. For my future upgrades, I will most likely try Beamtech again. If you buy these headlights, or any other vehicle components for that matter, please review them afterwards to help others. In your review, please include year/make/model and whether they flicker, alarm, etc.... That would have saved me tons of time spent searching comments for compatibility confirmation.

RECOMMENDED PURCHASE (Perfect fit +easy install +very bright)
Installed in 2010 Silverado. Replaced stock headlamp assembly with this purchase, so install was on a workbench. Install with assembly in vehicle may be quite challenging in order to contort your hand into the right position, but install on the bench took about 90 seconds per bulb. Install into stock plug, and the weather seal fits perfectly back into place. During use there is absolutely no flicker, even with engine off the LED is 100% lit. Fan makes absolutely no noise. Low beams come on when I unlock the car, but I still don't hear any noise.Beam pattern nearly matches stock bulb. Low beam is about the same brightness, but the crispness of the 'BLUE WHITE' LED creates better visibility. High beams are substantially brighter (& better) than the stock bulbs. Highly recommended purchase.

Perfect function & awesome value!! Recommend!!!!
Pics show silver star halogens next to these beamtech led replacements in oem gmt800 reflector housings. Pic 1: low beams, pic 2: high beams. This is the 3rd set of this brand I have purchased. After a lot of research I found beamtech to hold the factory cutoff line on low beam so oncoming drivers aren’t blinded, and brights are.... well.... BRIGHT. Fans are quiet and unnoticeable. I drive early in the morning before sunrise and usually are coming home after dark in the PNW for an hour commute each way. Haven’t had an issue for the two years I have run them. I have them also installed in a 16 odyssey (low projectors & high reflectors), 2018 civic (projector low, reflector high & reflector fog lamps), and 2020 accord (high beam reflectors).YES I RECOMMEND BEAMTECH BRAND LED HEADLIGHT REPLACEMENTS!

Highly recommend
Just installed these lights in my 1993 Silverado. The installation was the same as installing any replacement bulb. As for the brightness, I am so pleased that I ordered a set for my car a few days later. I can't speak on the longevity since I've only had the 1s in my truck for a week. The price is very reasonable provided they have a long lasting life.

Modification required for Silverado
Lights are definitely better/brighter than halogen. However if you have a Chevy Silverado you will have to modify the bracket that the headlight housing attaches to for the bulbs to fit. The fan on the light sticks out too far without cutting holes in the bracket. I knew this was a possibility as there is not much room behind the housing to begin with.

Gasket too big for some head light fixtures
Installed on 2018 F-150. Ran into issue with installing low beam light. The blue gasket that comes with the Beamtech light was too thick and would fit into the headlight slots. I removed the Beamtech gasket and replaced it with the gasket from the old light and it installed perfectly.

Might affect electric system in your car
So this was definitely the lighting I needed for New England roads in weather/night driving. However, now my Auto up/down windows dont go automatically, and my daytime running lights are permanently my highbeams unless I disconnect them or turn on my light for low beams... Over all happy with the ease of swapping and light gain. Just annoyed at it affecting a few features in my car.
