Revision 5-12-24. I had bought this as a senior citizen with problem with foot and leg cramps evenings after strenuous walking or yard work etc. I had originally rated it 1 star on extremely salty taste. Yesterday I overachieved and planted 18 plants when my new "old guy" limit is around six, because we are leaving town and needed them in the ground. Even though I drank water regularly during this 6 hour dig, around midnight I was hit with massive leg, foot, arm, even finger cramps so severe I was about to head to the emergency room. I remembered I still had the Kinderlyte. I poured about 4 ounces in an 8 ounce water glass, and 2-3 ounces of water on top and drank it. I then ate a half a banana, and walked to ward them off, hoping and praying. In about 15 minutes, the cramps started to subside, and in 25 minutes I could go back to bed. I mixed KL and water 50 50 in a glass on my nightstand. When minor cramps returned, drank and went back to sleep. Wow! Customer for life. The seller reached out to me after I rated this 1 star on extremely salty taste, offered a full refund. That is a stand up company. So I revised this review to an average 1 star my opinion really salty + stand up company to offer refund.... average of 3 stars. I suggest you buy one to try if you think it interests you.

A bit too sweet, but better than pedialyte

Hydrating, able to use HSA. Excellent product. Smells and taste's great. Pricing similar to similar products.
