Disappointed to receive such a terrible product, which is not new. the terrible painting on her face and other part and the box is not new. waiting for a refund

Ordered on Saturday received Monday morning, well packaged and delivered much quicker than expected. They say you get what you pay for but in this case you get much more. Going on previous reviews I thought it would be smaller but is a very good size and it is so detailed, it's very pretty and looks stunning. It's a gift for part of my daughter's 16th, we wanted her to have something she can keep and she will definitely want to keep this lovely peace of art. Ariel is her favourite Disney Princess I am certain she is going to love it. I would definitely recommend it.

Very pleased
My Ariel is amazing I love her so much, bigger than I expected but they always are. I am just starting my Ariel Collection I have the story book. Can’t wait to get some more.Was due for delivery tomorrow and arrived today which I was excited about. The box it came in some of the red on the sides had come off but I don’t mind.Not seller fault but disappointed with amazon delivery service left the box out on the rain and it was so wet I could just rip it open only blessing is both of the red box’s were wrapped so well they wasn’t even wet.... I’mOne happy customer
