Using this for more than 6 months it is still looking new and works great for preparing pizza, roti, puff pastry, and many more. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. I love to fold and keep this aside. It is nonsticky and durable.

The size is a little smaller than the pastry mat that I replaced, but it works. My previous mat could stay on the rolling board which is a sliding 'pocket' storage under my cabinet. This mat cannot be stored this way. I am not sure why. It is no thicker. The mat has kind of a sticky texture. It sill works for me. I store it wrapped around my rolling pin rather than on the pastry board. It does work for what it is intended.

My mom makes homemade noodles all the time and swears by this baking mat! She was the one who had originally recommended it to me and I finally bought one after my daughter started becoming very interested in baking. She has used this mat multiple times when making homemade cinnamon rolls and we think it works great! It’s light and easy to store (I’m including a photo of it folded up) and also really sticks well to the countertop so that it’s not moving and sliding all around. It also makes clean up a breeze – because there is no longer tons of flour scattered all over my kitchen countertop! Overall, we’re extremely pleased with this baking mat and would confidently recommend it to others. I have seen this type of pastry mat on a lot of instagram cooking profiles and I decided to give it a try. I have a stone mosaic countertop and it is impossible to roll doughs on it- it would be unsanitary even. I was really excited to make a King’s Arthur bread recipe and I finally did. This mat worked well. I like it also because after it dried out I just folded and stored it in the utensils drawer. It doesn’t take space at all.

This mat works better than expected. My counter top is made up of 6x6 tiles with grout. I can not roll my dough out on the counter. This mat is a great size, give me a clean large working surface. I tried a large cutting board but that didn't work because it kept sliding. This mat doesn't move, it's easy to clean and wash and I can roll it up to put it away without the need for alot of space. I'm ready to start my pie baking.

It wasn’t as thick as I would have like but it did it job when the kids and I made Christmas cookies. Made clean up easier and the dough didn’t stick to the sheet.

I really like using this mat for rolling out dough of all types. The dough does not stick and it keeps my counter top clean. The mat is easy to clean with dish soap and water. I end up hanging it over a dish towel and chair back to dry. I even bought one for a friend who spends lots of time in the kitchen.

I love the mat for rolling and making flat bread! Its bit bigger in size to my baking tray but all the more reason to get a bigger trah for more cookies, love it! Plus it has all these measurements that help me make foods of intended sizes and portions
