Amazon Basics RJ45 Cat 7 High-Speed Gigabit Ethernet Cable Compatible with Router, Modem, Xbox, PC & Laptop, PS5, Switch, Printer, 3m

I first purchased this cable over a year ago as I was looking for something to run over slightly longer runs from the router to my PC. I found this cable to be of excellent quality and had absolutely zero issues with it, some Cat 7 cables can cause problems as many don't use the same industrial standard as the rest such as Cat 5, Cat 6 and Cat 8. I've just purchased a second cable due to going from Fibre to Full Fibre, for those that aren't aware with Full Fibre the Openreach box connects directly to the router via Ethernet cable and not the old 2 core copper phone cable. For Full Fibre you will also need a minimum Cat 5e cable, so this being Cat 7 is perfect. The cable itself looks nice, black and white braided so looks the part especially if any of it is visible, as mine is running between the ONT Openreach box and the router. I purchased the 7.6m lengths and run both of these with absolutely no performance drop at all, the router to the PC is only 2 metres but I got this for if I move my desk in the future so the excess is curled up under my desk. I can highly recommend this cable, although apart from the 7.6m the other versions come in white but that doesn't alter the quality.

I have a Deco mesh system, which was working well. However, it suffered from stability issues from time to time (full bar signal but slow connection). I read that a poor quality / unsheilded cable between the modem and first deco could be to blame so ordered this and am pleased to say it has completely eradicated the problem. I went for Cat7 as it is sheilded and more than fast enough for my bb speeds (500mb/s). are so many brands on amazon now that it can be hard to understand what is good/poor quality. I am therefore glad that AmazonBasics continues to exist as I have found their products to be very dependable. This cable is no exception.

Es staubt zwar etwas schneller an, aber ein feuchtes Tuch und es sieht wieder aus wie neu. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: es ist minimal steifer als runde Kabel, aber das stört mich bei der festen Verlegung nicht. Fazit: Dieses 15-Meter-Cat7-Kabel liefert genau die stabile, schnelle Verbindung, die man über längere Strecken braucht, und das zu einem Preis, bei dem man nicht lange überlegt. Ho acquistato questo cavo di rete Ethernet patch Amazon Basics Cat7 per usarlo nel mio rack di rete, in particolare per collegare switch e patch panel, e per questo tipo di utilizzo si è rivelato una buona scelta. Il cavo è ben costruito e abbastanza flessibile, quindi si riesce a gestire facilmente anche in spazi più stretti del rack senza creare troppo disordine. Questo è utile quando si devono fare diversi collegamenti ravvicinati tra patch panel e switch. I connettori RJ45 sono solidi e si inseriscono bene nelle porte senza giochi. Una volta collegato rimane ben fermo e non ho avuto problemi di contatto o di disconnessioni. Dal punto di vista della rete la connessione è stabile e veloce, perfetta per collegamenti interni al rack dove serve affidabilità. Per collegare switch, router o altri dispositivi di rete fa esattamente quello che deve fare. La schermatura del cavo è un ulteriore punto positivo, soprattutto in un rack dove possono esserci molti cavi vicini tra loro.
