Is this product sturdy or does it bend easily?

There is NO bending. Very sturdy. I like the places you can hold it to maneuver.

Hello, what is the difference between the updated 2020 version and the classic?

What's the difference between the Classic, Elite and Jr. Buddies? The Body Back Buddy Elite is new in 2020 . It is made with our new higher strength fiber infused material and comes with 4 molded, textured grips and 11 numbered knobs that you can match to your specific body parts as shown in the user guide and poster. The Body Back Buddy Classic is made from the same new material, has 11 knobs without the numbers and does not have the 4 molded grips. The Body Back Buddy Jr. is more compact and portable than the Elite and Classic versions although it will certainly work for larger body types too.

What is the difference between the Elite and the Classic version? Their descriptions sound the same

How heavy is this? Comparable to the GoFit musclehook?

Thanks for taking the ite to reach out to us. Unfortunately, after a bit of research, I was not able to find a weight for GoFits Muscle Hook. What I can tell you is that our product weights 1.25 lbs. We also have a travel version called the Body Back Buddy Junior that weights 0.95 lbs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07777S8J8/; This tool is much closer in size to GoFits. I hope this info was helpful. Cheers!
