For $40....I will not buy again. Hundreds of others with similar profile.
So there is nothing that I don't necessarily like or dislike.....except the price. You can get the same ingredient profile with the same dosing for less. A lot if the ingredients are very cheap to produce even at high quality. Some of the others I have tried also include a few more minerals or cell volumizing ingredients that are nice. So over all its a decent to good product at a terrible price. Seems like a good product at a good price would accelerate sales vs. Trying to build a high end pricing structure that dissapoints. Just my opinion though. Hope it helps. If you are an experienced lifter and know the ingredients that you value I think you know what I mean. But I do wish you the best of luck!

Greatest of all time
I have tired several supplements for my osteoarthritis. This product gave me instant relief from the pain and stiffness in my joints. I have been able to stop taking all of my other supplements for arthritis because of this one supplement. That has saved me a hundred dollars a month. I also do not have to take NASID which gave me fluid retention and cause me to wheeze. It is a God send to me. I highly recommend it

Terrible Flavor
Impossible to mask how bad this tastes. Bitter, almost grainy, and lingers.

Da Bomb
First let me express my amusement at the aggro names of pre-workout products like The Bomb.Has any of these potent potions ever borne the name The Lavender? The Titwillow? The Marshmallow? I think not...Well, because my gym is closed during the pandemic and I'm not getting a full workout, I can't evaluate the performance claims for this product.I can report that the secret weapon here is something called AstraGin, a "100% natural compound composed of highly purified saponins isolated from the Astragalas membranaceus and Panax notoginseng plant... In multiple pre-clinical studies AstraGin has demonstrated it may help support absorption of certain nutrients including amino acids, minerals, and vitamins."Phew -- transposing that gobbledygook was my most strenuous workout today!Well, if all of that means anything to you, let me continue by noting that other key active ingredients in this powder include L-Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Agmatine Sulphate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Alpha GPC, Theacrine, Vitamin B3, and other wondrous examples of the chemist's art.So how does this concoction taste? The strawberry/kiwi flavor isn't bad at all, with less chemical aftertaste than many similar pre-workout mixes I've tried before. As always, I have deducted one star for the "fitness tax" -- the high price of products like this. Shouldn't manufacturers of fitness products reward their customers with modest prices? Apparently not, but the price of The Bomb isn't quite as punitive as many of its competitors, at around a buck a serving. So there you have it -- if you want a supplement that may give you some extra oomph when you work out -- or at least a blast of caffeine and taurine -- you might want to try The Bomb. I'm sure it will prove more effective than The Titwillow!

Good Joint Health Formula
I put my joints through a lot since I exercise almost daily which includes burning 700-1000 calories on the stair master each day, with some running in there too, as well as lifting. At 42, I have been putting my joints through a lot since my teens and 20s, and I have no joint issues at all.I attribute some of this to the fact that I have taken glucosamine sulfate faithfully since I was in my early 20s. Glucosamine sulfate is the best form of glucosamine and superior to the HCL form. This formula contains glucosamine sulfate (spelled here as "sulphate" which is apparently how it is typically spelled in the UK where this company is based) and a few other supplements shown to help with joint health, like Boswellia extract and hyaluronic acid. I also take these ingredients, namely Boswellia for overall anti-inflammatory benefits and hyaluronic acid for skin health. It also contains levagen, which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, but also mood-boosting benefits.Overall, this is a solid formula. The packaging is kind of "in your face" and my first thought was that it doesn't look super professional, but the formula is great.
