Tastes Amazing!
After trying emulsions, I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back to using extracts in my baking. The flavor is so much more rich and it doesn't require much to get a good amount of flavor.

Don’t use as an extract
Giving it a 4 star because it is indeed emulsion. But. Let me warn you. DO. NOT. CONFUSE. THIS. WITH. EXTRACT! It is not the same and will give your cake or whatever you’re using it for a very strange flavor. My cake was NASTY and had a weird aftertaste. I scrapped the cake and put this emulsion up. I will try to find something it can be used in, but haven’t found anything yet.

Very Good Emulsion
This brand is one of the better emulsions I have tried. You only need a small amount. The flavor is very concentrated. Will definitely buy again

Beautifully buttery without the dairy
I needed to add depth to a nondairy buttercream, and this did the trick. Added that missing something that butter usually gives.
