C&h Powdered Sugar 4 Lbs (1)

This confectioner's sugar is good quality and works well for buttercream frosting. However, when I took the bag out of the box, it felt a bit light for four pounds. I weighed the full bag on my digital scale, and as a solid (lbs and ozs) it weighed in at three pounds. Then, when I weighed as a liquid, the bag weighed in at four pounds. I'm not sure how relevant this is to you, as I always use 10x sugar by volume (and always in some approximation), but your mileage may be affected.

Quality product for baking

This is powdered sugar so it is what it is. I use it for baking and frostings and have no problems whatsoever. I love that it's a 4 lb bag because when you're frosting a lot of cakes, you go through the sugar quickly. I usually store my sugar in a large airtight container so it's not a deal breaker for me, but the sugar basically just comes in a plastic bag. If you open it and don't have a large vessel to store the sugar in, it is a huge pain.
