So I received my product in a timely manner and I really like it so far!! I will have to give an updated review in about a month, so I can let everyone know if it is effective for weight loss.It does NOT make me jittery, which is a HUGE plus in my book because I absolutely hate taking diet pills that ruin my whole day by making me feel crazy and an up and down feeling. So that is a big plus for me!!! I can't wait to see if it helps me get to my target weight. God Bless!

Even though I did not get a weight loss, I could feel body temperature increase. I haven’t been able to workout and I have a very sedentary job, so I was not able to lose weight. However, I believe this product will help me maintain weight. Don’t take this product late in the afternoon!

I’m pleased with this fat burner. I’ve tried a few types out there and this by far is my favorite. First of all, the taste is great (has a sweet flavor when you’re swallowing) and it doesn’t make me nauseous on an empty stomach. My hubby has a very sensitive stomach when he takes pills without food and he’s able to take these just fine.I’m up at 4am most days for work so it helps me wake up without feeling jittery. It has the right amount of caffeine.Additionally, I did a biometric assessment the first day I tried these and another one 30 days later and I lost 5lbs of body fat (especially in my waist and hips) and gained 1.5lbs of muscle. But I really put the work in. I run, lift weights and do hiit workouts 6 days a week with walking or easy biking on my off days. I focused on nutrition, didn’t eat past 8 and drank a ton of water. I’m sure I would have lost some without these but it accelerated my results double time! I’ve since been taking a few weeks off and will restart them again (like what the instructions say to do). You have to put the work in, but it will get you results a lot quicker! I’m very pleased and will be stacking with the PM burners. I sleep great with those!

I wanted to test it out for a bit before writing a review that way i have good information about this product. I have to say this stuff WORKS. However, this doesnt burn the fat off of you. This just gives you an insane amount of energy to help you work out so you can lose weight. This isnt a magic pill, so if youre thinking about buying this hoping it will do all the work for you, then this isnt for you. This pill will help curb your appetite as well so you dont eat an excessive amount of food. The only negative is the aftertaste when you swallow. About a few minutes later depending on the person, theres this bile like aftertaste that is pretty bad. But thankfully it doesnt last long maybe a couple seconds or so. I think its just your body digesting the pill. So if youre looking for a pill to help boost your energy during your workout and something to help curb your appetite during the day then this is it. At least for me, i can only speak for myself and my experience with taking this. I have ordered multiple and it still works great. Just make sure to take that 2 week break period.

I the pill gave me a burst of energy in the morning, the endurance in the gym, and it curved my appetite.The major down fall was the aftermath. I took the pill at 11am had oatmeal and a banana for breakfast and then went to the gym. After the gym I went to work, and had to go go home after 3 hour of work. I went home and slept until the pill left my system. It was awful my thoughts consumed everything I did. I over analyzed everything and vould not focus on on task. I became unmotivated , sad, and depressed. I wanted to cry for no reason. Then all of a sudden I put my head on my desk and wanted to sleep. It was at that point I was living an out of body experience.I'm sending it back.

I bought this product for appetite control and if it does anything beyond that it's a bonus. It does appear to be working for the appetite. It does also seem to give me a little extra energy and alertness. I've only been taking it a week, but have noticed those things already. I like that it gives me NO jitters or heart palpitations as so many other brands have done. I plan to keep taking it. UPDATE: So I am nearing the end of my first bottle. I had lost about 5 lbs. not really trying too hard. I wasn't sure if it was the product or the low carb eating I was doing, so I quit taking it for a week to find out before reordering. Whoa! The intense appetite and especially the sugar cravings that returned was horrendous. I was eating everything in sight. I also felt horrible and looked forward to getting back to sensible eating. I've been back on the product for four days now and I feel back to "normal" and so much better. Yesterday was easier than the first day and I know it will continue to help. So for me, this product has been wondrous!

Two years ago I started my weight loss journey, lost about 70 pounds and then hit a road block. I have tried numerous vitamins and supplements to get my metabolism going. I have been taking this product for a little less then a week. Along with watching what I eat and exercising I have been able to get things moving again. I have lost about three pounds since starting this product. It isn’t an easy fix by any means but it has given me more energy and has kept me going. It has sort of a raspberry scent to it and leaves a little bit of an after taste but not horrible by any means. I like that it is a pill once a day so you don’t need to take it before every meal like a lot of other ones. It is easy to take and I haven’t had any sort of reactions or problems what so ever. I will be buying this again and am going to recommend it to someone else that is stuck as well in their weight loss journey.
