Love the look and you can't go wrong with Seiko
I was looking to replace my other wall clock that died. This one has a great mid-century modern feel to it. I've had a lot of Seiko brand clocks and feel they are pretty reliable. I've had a few compliments on it as well! The only negative is that it doesn't have a cover, so I'll have to dust it more. However a cover would detract from the look.

Beautiful Clock
The wood is real and well selected for grain. The craftsmanship seems quite good, as expected from Seiko. The size is perfect and the face is easy to read. In the last two months it has kept time perfectly. I would recommend this clock to anyone.

Dissapointing craftsemenship and materials--this is not a Japanese-made clock
SEIKO has made some great timepieces, so I figured this clock would be of at least a certain level of quality and worth the asking price of $59.99 USD. To put simply: it is not in the same league by any stretch of the imagination.The wood housing is composed of thin, plasticized veneer, not solid wood. From a distance, it is passable. It is very similar to the fake wood paneling that was popular in 1980s electronics.Unfortunately, the asymmetrical/sloppy placement of the time demarcations is less forgiving. Simply eyeballing it, it is clear that they are not evenly spaced or trued in any fashion. These must have been hand applied and without a template.Lastly, this clock does not contain a Japanese-made movement system and appears to have the same generic system of most cheap home clocks.Disappointing to see Seiko put there name on this, especially when other pieces have been of such quality.

Beautiful Clock
This clock added a warm & sophisticated feel to my 70's family room decor. It is beautiful, and keeps perfect time. I was initially hesitant to purchase it based on the price, but now I am SO glad I did!

Clock doesn't keep time properly
Love the look of this one but it doesn't keep time properly - trying to find a way to return as I just hung it a few days ago.....
