Great mix for pancakes and waffles. It's just a bit expensive.

When you can't go to Gatlinburg...
Won't be exactly like Crocketts without the oven...but fairly pleased with results-baked like a cake on 350 for 16min then griddle for bottom side👍🏻used 1&3/4c mix for 4 cakes
