Velcro works and feels strong. Plastic hoop(?) ends make it both easy to use and easy to connect together a chain of velcro. However, the backing is quite rough. I bought it to use on my bicycle ... don't ask ... and I just don't want something that rough against the bicycle's paintwork. However, to repeat myself, the velcro does work.

Just what I had hoped for.

Used these to hold a float in place in my pool, they stay together even when wet.Excellent!

I found them very useful, but because they are about 5 inches long, i had to put two together.I used them yo strap up a crane jib on my hoist to stop it moving.

Bought these to replace one that was built into a mount and had snapped under the force I'd tightened it to. These ones took as much force as I could give them by hand so they're bang on. Oh and I suppose another important factor is that the velcro is strong so they hold really well (I've not had to adjust them since I put them on 3 months ago).

Excellent piece of kit, so many uses and very strong Velcro.
