This liquid magnesium definitely works. It’s highly absorbable, and I noticed benefits fairly quickly for muscle relaxation, calm, and sleep support. I’ll be honest—the taste isn’t great on its own. That said, it’s unflavored and clean, and I simply add a little honey to make it much more pleasant. Once mixed, it’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. I appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle with simple ingredients and no fillers. If effectiveness matters more to you than taste, this is a solid choice.

Tastes so bad. Its difficult to stay consistent cuz I dread it. After I take it I feel heart burn and a burning sensation inside. I dont want to waste it so ill keep trying.

I took one dropper of this And nearly gagged, ranned to the sink to try and get that nasty bitter. Horrible Bitter taste out of my mouth. It is. Honestly the most disgusting thing i've ever tasted!!. I don't know much about This form of magnesium since I was using glyconate form prior With no problem. Unfortunately , it looks like it is too late for me to get my money back, since I did not open and try rt away, as I was finishing up Another brand that I was using- Which btw tasted normal unlike this godawful one!! I don't recommend this to anyone, Well maybe you could to an enemy lol Again the taste is Unbearable, Horrible and Disgusting!! If I could give no stars I would. It is so bad that no matter what you put it in you cannot avoid the nasty taste

I hate to leave a bad review because I’m sure this works for some people. I took one dose as instructed and immediately ran for the bathroom. It messed up my stomach in a bad way. I just took it in water and it didn’t taste good. My doctor recommended I take ionic magnesium, so I really wanted to stick with it, but there’s no way. Four hours later, I’m still feeling the effects. That could be the case with any brand though, I’m sure. I was wanted to warn people that this is a possibility.
