I have small ear canals and most ear plugs don't fit right and keep popping out. These fit over the ear canal, not into it - so ear canal size doesn't matter. I just place them over the ear canal and press down with my thumb - like the picture shows. I'm a side sleeper. They are comfortable, keep the sound out, and stay in all night with no issues.

Those idiots and a new freeway are right outside my window and these plugs work really well against the noise. Better than any others I've had.

Just try them and you will find the difference. They are very useful for loud noise. I am also a side sleeper and have worn the earplugs for the whole night in the last few days, they are super soft and comfortable as they are made of high grade of silicone.

Q: Have you used these for sleeping and, if so, do they feel more comfortable than foam earplugs?

They work way better than foam earplugs. I’ve tried both and found the silicone way more effective
