As a researcher I find this allows me to maintain high level concentration for several hours. It's like a superfood for the brain - which I understand is what ketones do. I imagine the conversion rate from C8 to ketones is high? It works. This particular brand is also nearly absent in tasting of coconut, and dissolves better in coffee than any other creamer I have had.

Used this product for years mixed with vanilla bhb it makes a lovely hot chocolate.

Always appreciate Richard smith, this powder gives a nice taste to my coffee but doesn’t dissolve that well in coffee like I have heard Richard himself say it would. I think it was just a bad batch. Will order again. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
