It seems far too difficult to assembly and get operable, and the instruction manual does a poor job of providing detailed easy to follow guidance. I am having a horribly bad time attempting to install the siren which is in and of its self worth one star alone because it should not be that hard for a common consumer to connect a basic and essential piece of equipment like a siren for an alarm system. But I found myself far more frustrated with more than just the siren installation. Seems as if it has the potential to be a very good product and great deal for the price, but I find it not worth the frustration unless you already have experience assembling such systems. I also got what appears to be an erroneous "gas detection" reading, when I don't believe any gas detectors were packaged with this product!

I'm a pretty tech savvy guy and these instructions for setting this system up left much to be understood as they were clearly written by Google Translate with a head cold. Thankfully, I figured it out and for the most part it works well. The only issue I have run into is the GPS signal seems to fail whenever I turn on my infrared heater (located across the room). No clue why. Nothing in the instructions say anything about avoiding infrared anything but every single time I turn the heater on, within 24 hours the GPS signal stops receiving or sending and goes dark. Outside of that, super easy install for all the sensors as they hook up instantly when you turn them on. That was a plus.

Bad: Video, seller is misleading with EASE of installation and set up. Installation of siren is painful. Instructions on Amazon from seller doesn't match device. I got the alarm set up and used it for over a month + before actually getting the siren connected after looking online for assistance in several places. The system is old. I purchased this in 2025 and my old alarm system from 2017 is nearly the same with the older one being much easier to operate. Quality isn't top of the line. The keypad looks old, the keypad is small like calculator buttons . Bigger keypad should have been sold.

The unit was very easy to install and setup--[I have not setup the phone call feature but will). I would purchase the unit again and recommend it. My background is the HVAC industry and I am quite familiar with electronic devices. 11 month update--none of the sensors are alarming--tried trouble shooting but still nothing--even had an alarm system tech come in but he couldn't get it working--master screen is lit up, power good, can arm/disarm but no alarming when a door/window/room sensor works. I have reached out to the company today--July 03/23 and I will post the outcome. UPDATE--No response from the company/seller but I checked all the batteries and replaced them and now all is good--so I will in the future replace all the batteries once a year.
