THESE WORK GREAT. I needed a bit more resistance to tone up my legs. You can walk on the bottom of the pool or balance on your tippy-toes. They have Velcro, so you can tighten them. I wear a size 38 women's EU or a size 8 woman's US. The size large worked for me. I love these and would buy them again. They look & feel sturdy. I should get a couple of years out of them and I swim everyday.

These aren't meant for human feet.
There is no way that feet fit in these because they are completely flat. Useless.
