I see a masseuse no less than once a month. Though because I suffer from TMJD (teeth grinding) sometimes once a month does not cut it. The knots in my neck and shoulder are debilitating sometimes if not tended to at the onset of tension. These massaging balls work great between my back and a wall. I am in love and in a whole lot less pain. I use the green ball most often -- it's great for breaking up fascia that is trying to build over my trapezius, due to TMJD and a misaligned bite. I'm in braces to correct the issue, but until then -- THESE BALLS are my FRIENDS.

I love the product. I had ordered the double end ball years ago, I enjoyed it but I had no prior knowledge on trigger point therapy. These balls were exactly what I was looking for and I love the block as well for when I’m doing yoga or stretching. It’s a magnificent tool when paired with a trigger point therapy book and a stretching medium such as ROMWOD (range of motion workout of day). It’s a man is only as good as his tools and this was exactly what I need. Do some massage with the balls, crank a workout in, then stretch.

I’ve recently gotten into foam rolling and these have been such a great addition to my routine. The small ball is amazing for working on my jaw and hands and the green and blue ones are excellent for my neck and shoulder blades. I love that it comes with the holder to keep them all together.

I rock climb and was looking for a tool for handling pumped arms and sore muscles. This set is excellent and does everything that I hoped for. I love that it is a self contained unit, which makes it easy to store the massage balls/foam block when not in use. I also found the pamphlet with diagrams of techniques to be VERY useful. Usually I would throw away literature like this, but I find myself referencing it when I have odd areas that I need to massage! Awesome product-- would highly recommend for climbers!

Great value for the price and the block extenuated the effectiveness of each ball combo.

I was very disappointed when I received this kit. I have purchased other kits with massage tracks made by other companies that were made out of sturdy rubber materials but this is not the case here. The lacrosse balls are great and I love the versatility of the different sizes, but trust me! But the balls separately and don't waste your money on this useless foam brick that collapses under weight and pressure and does not bounce back. It is cheap foam that does not give and you cannot use it as intended without ruining it. The only reason this review has any stars at all is for the lacrosse balls. If I could review the block and balls separately, the block would have zero stars!

I'm new to the RAD products, so still learning about all the uses. I bought this set primarily because I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis. I have used the RAD roller and the RAD green ball to stretch the fascia tendon followed with iced water bottle to ease the inflammation. I'm happy to report that I have finally found relief after 4 months of pain. I look forward to trying the RAD system for other aches and pains as well.

My clients use these tools after every workout in my fitness studio. Not only are they easy to keep clean and store, but they work wonders to relieve tension and stress. I use them every day. Top notch product.

Releases can be painful but are oh-so effective.

Damit kann man wenn man sich damit beschäftigt nahezu komplett selbst behandeln....für den Nacken allerdings unbestritten extrem gut!Der normalPreis ist sehr sehr teuer...man sollte warten bis man es so wie ich um 35 Euro bekommt!
