As described but…
These feel very cheap but it works for me because I only use them to hold my hard rollers to dry my hair aside from that unsure how they perform.

Not cotton, Nylon and they are flimsy.
I ordered before & they were cotton. I order again, & I received nylon with this order, but description described the nets as being cotton. I will be returning them.
