I’ve recently started adding this green papaya powder to my post-workout smoothies. It tastes amazing (slightly sweet) and is great for an extra protein boost. Plus it’s supposed to help reduce inflammation and signs of aging. Who doesn’t want that? Favorite recipe: papaya, banana, mango, almond butter, coconut water or milk. Of course, everything is organic 😊Also, I personally don’t really cook much red meat or pork, but I’ve heard green papaya powder works wonders as a meat tenderizer too. Just add a tablespoon to your meats 20 minutes to an hour before cooking. Noted - keeping this one stocked. I have a feeling this will come in handy in a pinch!

While I could, I don't mix this into anything - just spoon a full teaspoon's worth into my mouth, swallow with a gulp of water (and then a few gulps of grape Zevia to make the flavor go away faster), and I feel it work within minutes. It is actually a potent digestive enzyme if you take enough. Some people might feel the effects with less than a full teaspoon.

I had been using another brand’s green papaya extract powder for healing my birds who were infected by single cell bacteria on their digestive tract. Then I have found this “organic” one for better price. It seems a little lighter color, but other than that it seems working very good and this one is ORGANIC too!! Green papaya enzyme has many different benefits. I was taking to battle against my Shingles’ virus. Very hard to find organic one for reasonable price like this. I love it!!Thank you!!

It's okay The taste kind of sucks but it's ok

The papaya works for me, that is not to say it will do the same for you. I am so please with the product that i will purchase again. I can not tell you how it taste, i have no idea how thick this papaya is because i make 500mm capsules. While making capsules is time consuming it allows me to know how much i have taken, and in the event it taste bad...I won't know it.

Cured me of my acid reflux

Green papaya powder is prized for it's enzymes, mainly papain. Unlike other powders I have become accustomed to, this one appears to have been dried at high temperatures and is a darker brown than expected, and has no papaya aroma. This tells me that any enzyme activity has been destroyed by the high temperatures, and thus this product is not useful to me. Also a bummer they do not allow returns so I'll have to eat the cost.

I used this as meat tenderizer marinade and it worked like a charm. I am definitely going to keep getting this product. Highly recommend.
