LOVE this piece of kitchen equipment! Large and easy-to-use surfaces (grill and griddle), easy to clean, have used it so far to grill meats and make fried eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything turns out great. The best thing is that it sits over multiple burners, so you can control the heat input at just the right spots.

I cannot be happier with this purchase. I always have the idea to prepare restaurant style grilled meals, but couldn’t find the perfect balance in a pan in between material, size, weight and results- this grill is absolutely awesome!! It has everything: light and sturdy, SUPER EASY to clean (just leave some water for an hour or so and it will be super effortless and effective cleaning without food or grease residues, ending literally like a new one - it is the most lovely feature), fits perfectly in the range, not a pain to storage, and food result woww!! … I definitely recommend it if you are in the fence, this is the one, you’ll not regret!

I had hoped that I could retire my two cast iron griddles that are such a pain to clean. Yes I read about curing them and did all the right things, but I'm just not worshiping at the cast iron alter any more. On the other hand, this aluminum non-stick can be washed with soap and water (yea). It was very non-stick when I bought it many months ago, but it seems like it is a bit harder to clean lately. And I dislike the triangular recesses at the corners. Fat, grease, food bits gather in them and because of there sharp corners and bottom-to-side joints, they are quite difficult to clean. I realize that the food we eat doesn't get in there and that the rest of the cooking surface cleans OK, but I hate to see brown crud accumulate there. If, instead of sharp corners, they had rounded corners, like a 3-6 mm radius, it would be much easier to clean. All in all I'm happier with this than the cast iron, but there is still room for improvement.

I bought this thinking it was going to be a piece of junk and has the best kitchen gadget. I think I have ever bought works great clean very easy and lightweight

Love this griddle! It's our second one and works beautifully on breakfast, steaks & salmon. Would definitely purchase again.

Perfect for indoor 2 burner stovetop cooking (I have a 4 burner gas stove). The size perfectly fits my stove and easily accommodates 4 large chicken breasts. Very even heating across the griddle top and it creates beautiful grill marks on the chicken (literally just received it and tested it out). Cleaning up is a breeze, the ceramic coating is durable yet the overall weight is surprisingly light for the size. Tomorrow is the burger test and I expect the results will be just as awesome as the chicken. The only recommendation I would suggest to the manufacturer is to design a lid for this griddle to allow covered cool down of the meat after cooking. This griddle would make a great gift for the cooking enthusiast in your life!
