Getting older, its becoming more and more vital to get those extra vitamin content in, and thought I would try these (as I am prone to the odd wine gum or Haribo) and have to admit its something of a morning treat.A nice and tasty gummy to have in the morning that is not over powering, but a nice texture to it.Take one each morning and after a few weeks not noticed any miracle changes, though my fingers nails have started to grow a little bit faster than they usually do and some extra strength.All in all good value for money and worth a try.

I bought these because the daily doses for Vit D, B12 and Biotin are above the recommended levels and it's often hard to find a gummy that encompasses all women's vital vitamins in 1 gummy but also at almost 100% daily allowances.I take 2 of these with Vit D, Magnesium and probiotics and I have seen a BIG difference in my mood swings and energy levels. Being in my late 30s, hormone regulation is important for me and I've found the mix here really help with that.Only downside is they are very sweet for my likely, almost sickly so definitely have after coffee or food. Decent value for money, but be aware you'll need 2 gummies a day to hit the NRVs.

My daughter takes these as she prefers chewable vitamins. They have changed the flavour recently & although she still likes them, I think they now taste awful. I have deducted 2 stars because I don't know if they're actually effective. Despite them claiming to be 100% of the RDA for vitamin D my daughter was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency after becoming very ill & has to take an additional supplement for that. However, I have continued to buy them in the hope that they are helping her in other ways
