This amplification device comes nicely packaged contains many bells and whistles but has no directions except those written in Asiatics script of some sort. I suspect it was overstock items in the Far East which were sent to our market without paying attention to directions. As a result various beeping sounds go off throughout the day and I had no idea what they signify. It is about average or mediocre for the class of amplification device that it represents and its price category. It is regrettable that an instrument of this technical delicacy has no directions that the majority of people can read.

This hearing aid needs to be programmed and isn't a good fit for patients with hearing loss. Without the proper hearing exam, there is no way to determine the severity of your hearing loss. This hearing aid also needs to be programed to match your hearing loss, by a trained Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist, I find it very misleading for someone to sell hearing devices on Amazon. Your best bet is to call your local Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist.
