Nifty Gimmick, Faulty Construction, No Customer Service.
I missed my return window with Amazon by attempting to work directly with the company to get a replacement pruner. They didn’t respond and I missed my window. Now I’m stuck with an expensive broken toy. I am a farmer and have many loppers and sheers.I can see how this marketing gimmick sells, as it is tempting to want something like this to work, it does not however work as it claims. It gets stuck in the out position and you have to bang it against the floor to close it. This happened immediately, I have literally not cut a single branch with these loppers.Total waste of money and time. I would recommend AM Leonard for some real loppers. I have a hard time imagining that EZ Kut is a U.S. company that doesn’t respond to messages.
