It will probably work well once they send me the missing part and I complete this DIY project. Before I could get customer support's attention, I had to find the hidden serial number and send a screen shot of the Amazon order by email. Could have been worse, the screen shot could be sent by email.Once I got a customer service rep on the phone and emailed him a picture of the missing part, he was quite courteous and helpful. This grill kit is of course made in China, so it's going to take 7-10 days to get the missing part to me. There's an instructional video available on YouTube, which is nice, but you will have to repeatedly use the pause and rewind buttons as you proceed.The parts described in the assembly manual are numbered, but only some of the parts are themselves numbered.I recommend that you take all of this into account before ordering, especially if you're hoping to use it soon after you get it. I'm hoping to have it working by Christmas, one month after I received it.

Wow I am greatly surprised and pleased with this grill. For the price, the grill looks fantastic, and functions great as well.The entire unit took about an hour to assemble, all I needed was a Phillips screwdriver, and a wrench to tighten the nuts at the wheels.With the included AA battery for the electronic push-button lighter, the grill easily lights up consistently and fast. The cast iron cooking grids are the real deal and cook great. The heat retention when the lid is closed is incredible, and it heats up really fast by having the burners on the highest setting. On top of all this, it includes an additional side pot burner, which can output a lot of heat, or be turned down low to a nice simmer.When cooking is all done, it is very easy to clean up the grill. Grease and food particles fall onto a detachable grease tray, which also guides the liquids onto a removable grease cup from the back of the grill. The grease tray and/or the grease cup can be easily lifted out from the back. The cooking grids, warming rack, and flame tamers can also be lifted out from the top with ease. Absolutely no tools required.For the price, you are receiving one heck of a grill. Looks good, lights up reliably, and cooks great. Highly recommended!

This is a great grill for my family! Assembly was pretty straightforward and it’s a great size for our family of 6. The grill heated up And the wheels make it easy to move. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely recommend this grill. It’s a great value for the price!(Quick tip: assembly instructions don’t show where the igniter wires and ignition module are supposed to go so make sure you route them through with the side burner gas line when you attach the firebox)

First of all, the grill assembly is over complicated, they try to break it down the parts into the smallest possible package without ever considering the assembly, no wonder the assembly price is almost the price of the grill itself. You better off buying an assembled one from a local store.The grill plank under the fire was made of cheap metal and started rusting on the first month, it finally collapsed on top of the gas tank, it could have caused an explosion. This grill looks good on the outside but the material is not made to last more than one year, not worth the savings.

I ordered this grill last fall and started using it toward the end of this past spring, and while doing so I noticed the lid thermometer would not get past about 280. I finally got around to contacting the service area after being directed to do so, and after troubleshooting it turns out it may be a regulator needed.While the part is covered they want me to pay shipping and handling which being a professional in the sales field, sorry, that's just bad service. If you provide something that doesn't live up to what it is supposed to do the why should have the customer have to pay more to cover your defect? It really makes no sense and I wonder how many other have had to deal with this, as it seems to be a regular common issue.I already have a service thermometer so I will just use that, but shame on the company to try to charge customers for their defects on the product.

I bought this grill for my son and daughter in law as a housewarming gift when they bought their home. Every homeowner needs a grill, am I right? They used it 4 times in the first week!!! My son really likes it, loves the size and the ease of use. He has no problems with keeping it clean, and says it's a really nice grill.

Grill works great . thermometer in lid will not work. Makes it very difficult to keep grill set a certain temperature 🌡.

Haven’t used yet, looks like a very nice grill. There was some missing screws but Amazon and Megamaster customer service helped to resolve the problem. I wasn’t happy about it but it happens. All in all seems like a very good product. I would recommend.
