Works good but rather pricey
I bought two of these for my motorcycle. They were easy to wire in series to interrupt existing circuits, worked very well and integrated seamlessly on the handlebar. Apparently, 7/8"D handlebars are more common. Mine is 1"D, which this particular switch is designed for. My only criticisms are that it is not as waterproof as I would like, a little too pricey, and there should be a way to relabel for something other than controlling "LIGHTS". For example, I'm using one as an On/Off switch for a cooling FAN, so I wish there were different silkscreen variations other than just for "lights".Bottom line, this is a good quality switch for do-it-yourself applications, just a bit too costly for a simple on/off switch.

good but flawed
works great, only complaint is it doesnt seem to have great connections. extra pressure on the on position seems to casue the connescted light to flicker. i have this switch wired to a light bar on my wr450 and while its not a loose enough connection to flicker while riding, its just more of a nuisance than anything. i probably wont replace it, but i may end up taking it apart to see if i can strengthen the connection. other than this tiny issue i love the rocker switch design, looks natural on my bars.

Works okay on ATV
It fits a 2017 Kodak 700 lightbar, I am using it to run a 72w light bar and it does the job. The click when turning on is kind of wobbly and it doesn't click like a normal switch, it is cheap made but does the work ok. Do not use for more than 100w, use a relay if going over 100w.

VERY TOUCHY SWITCH
The switch is the exact item I needed. The switch that I was given is very touchy, I used it for a children's ATV for operating the lights. If you simple tap the switch the lights go off. If riding with the lights on and hit bumps the lights flicker. I am looking for another handle bar switch to replace this one.

Good swtich for the price
Good swtich for the price. It does the job of turning on/off my rigid lights. Fits perfectly on 7/8 dia. handlebar. Havent left my bike under the rain yet, so i couldnt say anything about waterproof. But for the small gape that have between the rocker and the surface i think it will have some damage if water gets in

Switches on and off
Update to my original review. After a few cycles he switch has failed to provide continuity. I even opened the switch to check if there was an contamination on the contacts. There weren't any. The switch contacts sunk into the the housing. This will be the last of these switches that I purchase.*Original review* It opens and closed the circuit as described providing electrical power to the load. This is a replacement for the same switch installed that was installed around three years ago on the same motorcycle. Appears water got into the original and damaged it. I assume the service life of this will be around the same time.

It works fine but it seems to work in the off position and not work in the on position

Looks just like OEM
Switch works great and looks like it is stock on my Yamaha Grizzly 700. I use it with my snow plow lights and it works great. It has that solid " click " when it is turned on. I just wish the wires came off the bottom instead of the top.

Only about 18 inches or 40 cm. of wire.
The wiring should be a lot longer, perhaps as long as 2 metres or six feet. It's a solid switch that I use on my motorcycle handlebar (Super Tenere) to control my LED lights. The rocker switch is a good size as you can operate this switch with motorcycle gloves on..

Not value for money
I chose this switch because of its slim design. In this case the switch excels as it's for an old bike. However the build quality lets it down badly. At £25 I was expecting an aluminium body and a good fit on the handlebars this component is neither. It is made from cheap plastic and is not waterproof either. I would return this item but for the fact that it is ideal for my bike because of the shallow clamp that allows full clutch movement and could find nothing else out there like it, so it will have to do. It does come with a wiring diagram though which is a bonus. Definitely not worth the £25 I paid for it.

Looks like OEM and gets the job done
I used this switch to power some LED fog lights that I attached to my "adventure tourer" motorcycle. This switch visually looked similar to my OEM switches and the quality is okay, but not as good as OEM. The top part of the red button initially caught on the housing so the switch was difficult to turn on. I used a little blade to trim the plastic and the switch now works well.

The switch is appears to be durable in spite of the plastic contruction. I would have given 5 stars had it been made of metal.
