It is really good value for the money. With this item, I can get massage to the shoulder, back, lumbar, led and neck. It has built in heat option also. I feel so relax and help me so much for release muscle pain from intense exercise routine. The mat is very soft and comfortable. I am sleeping on them during the massage session. There are the knuckles built in under that mat that make the massage work. If these knuckle points are softer, it would be nicer for sleep on. However, it is comfortable enough. In addition, the pillow can be detach from the mat and use separately, it is a nice option to have. For the customer service, they are exceptionally good. They provide 2 years of warranty which help with my confidence with the quality of the item. They have fast email reply and over deliver from what I bought. They provide a 2 years extended warranty and extra item that is so valuable. By far, quality item and exceptional service.

I just received it. It is well constructed, and quite comfortable. The heat works well and there are many setting. I would like the vibration to be a bit stronger, and the placement of the massage nodes at the neck really don’t get near it. All in all, it is a well made, good quality, very functional product. For general body aches it is well worth the reasonable price. Check it out.

After a couple months of use this is pretty good at massaging and sometimes I would fall a sleep on it. However it is a bit loud. Looks exactly as packaged

There is nothing I don’t like about this product, it’s heated, neck massage back and forth around your neck, and if you position your shoulder the rollers will do it job amazingly and the neck massage is heated or not depending on your choice. For the mat it’s heated also, it’s vibrating a few different ways. If you need something to help you relax and it doesn’t cost a lot this product is perfect. Overall, everything is what I need for the low price. It’s affordable and help me relaxing. It’s light, easy to put away simply roll it and there is a belt to hold it in place, it’s can fit someone 6 feet high, the neck roller is gentle but work just right. For the price it’s just right. Seriously it’s worth every penny. I work at a salon and we have lots of massage chair but still wait until I get home to lay on my mat to relax. I returned the 1st one after it started making squealing noises. The pillow, which is the only part that massages, broke after a week. Got a replacement, pillow screwed up straight out of the box. I would NOT buy this vibrating mat with a bad massage pillow.

Nicely made, good quality but less than impressive performance. The Shiatsu is very good but it's only on the pillow. The other 10 "zones" just mildly vibrate with little effect. The heat is just mildly warm.

Most excellent, absolutely love it!!! Kneading and heat function on neck pillow is an awesome feature to join with body massage and heat too! My new friend hahaaaa, highly recommend works much better than I have ever tried before!

This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. The pictures and description clearly stated that the Shiatsu neck pillow was removable, but in reality, it was fixed and could not be detached as promised. I bought this item as a birthday gift for my husband, and you completely ruined the surprise and the effect it was supposed to have. Instead of a joyful moment, we were left frustrated and disappointed. My husband was clearly unhappy that the product didn’t match what was advertised, and I felt even worse — like I was put in a foolish and embarrassing position because I trusted what you claimed. Please take more care with your product descriptions and images. When customers buy something for a special occasion, the last thing they want is to feel misled and disappointed.

Es muy cómodo, mi papá está fascinado, lo usa casi todos los días al llegar del trabajo y hasta dice que es “colchóndependiente” jaja, muy buena inversión. Not really impressed, other than the neck all it really does is vibrate with heat. I would not call this massage at all. Whilst it is really well made and very soft I feel I wasted my money
