The installation video is very helpful. Some hints:Watch the video!!!!!!!! Keep it open on your computer as you do the install for step-by-step guidance.Do the back first. When I finished laying my newly installed screen protector on that little rug thing, I had RUG IMPRINTS ALL OVER my new screen protector. DO THE BACK FIRST!!Be sure the aligner in the USB C port is in all the way.Realize that that initial sticky thing is just a placement guide. It is not the real thing.You may want to gently lift the screen protector on each side before you do the final unveiling to see if the screen needs another light dusting with the dust lifter.If you have any bubbles on the edges, just use the smoother to gently push them out.So far, it looks great and no problems with S pen. I do not use the fingerprint thing, but it seems like it would do just fine, way better than tempered glass.I will report back on how it holds up later.UPDATE to original original review: lens protector made my photos milky. Terrible. Don't even bother. I don't know if this is the case for lens protectors in general, or just this one. Anybody out there know?

I thought it was glass but only the camera protector is glass. Installation does suck, and protector is easier to scratch than tempered glass. I've had issue with every screen protector I've put on a phone I have cared about.

I was able to put this screen on with absolutely no problem via the instructions and what was in the package. I've had the soft shields in the past and wasn't thrilled at first but this feels just like the glass. Your fingers slide across the screen with ease. It also fit perfectly on the front and even stayed on when I put the slim case back on. Super impressed.

UPDATE 2022-01-01:In looking for a replacement for these screen protectors, I came across a reference from another product's review that the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G phones came with a factory-installed screen protector that most people can't tell exists. The instructions that came with this package are very generic and don't reference this point on this model of phone, nor that it should likely be removed prior to installing the HATOSHI product. That being said, I'm going to give these screen protectors the benefit of the doubt and try them one more time, this time installing them after removing the previously failed HATOSHI product and the factory screen protector behind it that might have been the cause of poor position retention. I'll report back with my latest experience once I give this one the extra chance I think it may deserve under the circumstances.=====ORIGINAL REVIEW:If one has never done a screen protector install of this nature, there is a bit of daunting learning curve to overcome due to the complexity of steps, but available videos and experience make it clear how this is done. Once you've done one of these successfully, you can fully appreciate the sequence and feel a lot more comfortable installing this on subsequent devices.While this product goes on reasonably well enough, it does not hold up well to the test of time. On my wife's phone, the screen protector has continually slid around her phone's face, requiring the sheet to be slid around to reposition it correctly. Recently, it also developed a large bubble covering about 25% or so of the lower section of her screen. On my college student daughter's phone, she got a tear in the screen protector in her first semester of use so that I had to replace it with the 2nd screen protector in the package. This replacement is now showing blemishes and once again needs to be replaced.This package does include very thin glass covers that go over the camera lenses on the back of the phone. While the positioning of these during installation requires very nimble fingers to align correctly (there's no alignment template for this side), the durability of these camera lens protectors does seem to hold up okay.Overall, while initially pleased with this purchase, the long-term experience with the screen protectors on the face of the phone leaves me displeased, and while I now search for replacements for these membranes for both my wife's and daughter's phones, I won't be buying this product again as a replacement, but will instead be seeking a different one that has better long-term durability.

Very nice install system, good video showing how to use it. Best screen protectors we have uses. No bubbles and looks good. Camera protector appears to work, does not effect the photos.Will buy again.

It is easy to put on. No air bubbles. It's the only one I have found that actually sticks to the rounded edges of the screen, even when I put my phone case on.
