What is the max height of the stand

Max height is 21cm Min height is 16cm. The cradle is 8.5cm from the top if that makes sense. Its a good thing I was a bit sceptical before buying but now use it constantly for my work phone, videoconferencing etc

It all depends on the case. For most of the cases you do not need to take it off.

Is it come built in/already made?

No. Comes in two pieces. Takes 10 seconds to screw together

Is this suitable for the iPhone 12 pro?

I don't know as I haven't seen the iPhone 12 pro so not sure if it is the same thickness as the iPhone 11. Ask an iPhone retailer are they the same size and then you will know if it fits or not.
