4 Inch Detail Scissors

I have several very small scissors. I had one by my sewing machine that just never worked well. I tried many times to sharpen it (and I'm very good at sharpening things) but it never worked well. I finally decided I had to toss it and get a replacement. I came here and searched for small scissors. These looked like they would definitely do the job. They aren't very expensive and they are Fiskars, a name I trust. I have several large Fiskars (they are well made, good looking and they came with a sharpening too)l. This little gem is perfect on my sewing machine. Fits my rather large hand fine, is symmetrical, so I don't have to look to pick it up the "right way." It's all I could want in a very small scissors.

Perfect size for jewelry making, cutting of labels, opening packets etc. I keep an extra pair in the bathroom. So so handy. Well made- sturdy.

I needed these to cut out fabric for tiny detailed patterns. It was very sharp and had no problem with the pattern. Could only be made better with a more comfortable handle.

My Eastern European husband will only use the scissors to cut his nails. Maybe it's a nostalgia thing for him but we brought multiple pairs of these scissors because we also keep on losing them because they are quite small. I'm not sure how he uses them with his bulky hands, but I've used them to cut thread and get into small stitches on clothing.

These are perfect for paper crafting and sewing. Very sharp and the fine point allows a very small detail cutting ability. Definitely work well.

Small and very sharp. Perfect for trimming our Bichon. A bit expensive but the dog doesn’t care. At least he has yet to say anything.

I use this size scissors to trim my 3 dog's feet. The cheap ones I bought before do a better job than these, especially right at the tip where you need precision. It seems like these were not aligned properly and did not cut at the tip. Unwieldy

excellent, nice and sharp, connection doesn't come loose, comfortable in the hand, so handy in the house, trim nose hair, and cut clothing tags, stray threads, even wrapping paper.
