Solid. Easy to adjust and very simple setup. Just make sure you research which mode to use for what. Red light for skin, hair, surface level improvements. Be mindful on sensitive areas since heat is produced using RL). NIR is good for muscles, joints, bones etc. No heat or visible light so be aware. Don’t use the NIR on your eyes and pay attention to what mode you’re in. You can also activate both at the same time when needed. Works great.

Tested out Red Light Therapy with this smallest unit. On myself I discovered: immediate relief of pounding throb in big toe joint. Surprised, I included therapy on hot tea burn mark under neck and liver spots in same area. After each day of four days 15-20 minutes using both Red and NIR LED chips treatments these areas are fading dramatically. I feel asleep napping in chair during the day.I also slept better when I treated these areas 1 hour before bed. So Melatonin production seems to be true as well.I used unit on floor under spouses ankles for painful cracks in his heels skin. I wanted a red light and NIR device I could use both under my desk for knee therapy and on top of my desk for facial and hand therapy. This small unit is great for all of these tasks! I do have to prop the unit up on a box to get it up to knee and face height. The unit has pre-programmed timers so you can just set it and it will automatically shut off when you're through. It includes goggles for when you are using it on your face and any time the unit is facing you. You can use the red light and NIR individually or together. While it does provide some warmth, it's not a space heater and it doesn't get hot to the touch, just warm. Great instruction manual as well!

Looks sturdy. The lights are very bright.I was a bit concerned about EMF because it didn’t come with a grounded plug. But the emf reading (app on my phone) doesn’t show an elevated reading when it’s turned on.

After researching red light and infrared lights we decided to give one a try and are very happy we chose the Bestqool. It was important to find one that also had emf protection and this was one of the few that we found that featured it. We've just started using it and breaking in slowly as the manual suggests - and it is a very good manual - and already finding some pain relief. Highly recommend this model if you too are thinking of giving such things a try.

The media could not be loaded. Great little red light with amazing features. This is perfext size for face and targeting areas such as joints or wounds. The packaging was professional and well organized with instruction manual and eye protection included. The light is made with heavy framing and you can tell the led lights are good quality. I love the handle which makes it so convenient to move around and the built in stand is sturdy and well built. The front display is awesome because all your controls are right in front of you clearly visible so you dont have to fumble with side controls, also the buttons are responsive when pushed. The cord was a good size but you may still need to have an extension based on your outlet configuration. Light is nice and bright and noise seems higher in video than what it sounds in person, nothing a song on some headphones couldn't cover up or you might be into white noise. Overall great value and well made.

We have been loving using our red light. We have switched from having lights on at night to just using the red light to gain benefits while being able to read at night. It has been very effective and feels great. During the day, I put it on to help with my energy level and have used it for Pain relief when I have a headache.Highly recommend and will purchase again and for our friends and family who are interested in one.

After being done with all the red light face masks once they were debunked on its efficacy. I was in search for a panel and happened to stumble upon this one. While slightly pricier, it was truly worth every penny. The strength and quality of this panel is astounding. This product is better than any red light I’ve ever purchased and I’m so excited to continue using it. Ditch all the expensive bs face masks and gadgets and invest in this product!! 10/10
