I am extremely disappointed with this product. I bought it hoping it would be gentle and safe for my baby’s sensitive skin, but after just one use, my baby developed a red, irritated rash! I followed the instructions exactly and used no other new products, so I know this was the cause. It was heartbreaking to see my baby so uncomfortable.If your child has sensitive skin, I highly recommend staying away from this. No parent should have to deal with the stress of a reaction like this. Very frustrating and definitely not worth the risk!

Love the texture and ingredients but it’s almost half empty and it’s so so difficult to getting out. The pump doesn’t work well. And it has happened with every single bottle I’ve bought.

Our baby girl started getting eczema around 4 months old, I think from rolling around more and coming into contact with different things. The doctor said to use aquaphor but then I saw this on Amazon and liked the clean ingredients and that it was made by doctors. We’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s really helped! See picture for her arm. She still has some stubborn spots but this has made a huge difference. I use it once in the morning and at night. We are also using hydrocortisone cream that the doctor prescribed, so that could be part of the healing process.The lotion isn’t too sticky or oily. I really like it so I even use it on myself now ☺️ Definitely recommend!

I really wanted to love this because it sounds amazing from the ingredients and I'm a huge fan of cleaner / safer skincare for babies, but my 21 mo old has sensitive skin and this seemed to have caused a small rash on her. She already had slightly dry skin with tiny bumps and I've always moisturized it with other products, but when I started using this cream, she broke out on her chest, which she's never done before. Then I stopped using it and after 2-3 days her chest completely cleared.Like I said. I really wanted to love this because I am in the market for a clean-ingredient baby lotion. But this just wasn't working. Perhaps it's because she already had sensitive skin to begin with, I'm not sure. Just know that this isn't an ultimate "cure" for babies with already sensitive & rash-prone skin.

Hard to truly know what is in stuff without a degree in chemistry, but after researching a ton about soaps, lotions and sunscreen, I came to this brand. They are are on the pricier side and they definitely aren’t industrial sized, which if we’re being honest, soap for kids should just come in a 55 gallon drum, but I’ll err on the side of caution and be mindful about what I’m putting on my kids skin. we have had no issues with our kids sensitive skin. Would buy again.
