I'm sorry. It was awful!Noisy fan - I need it for my work as a voiceover.It certainly showed its age when an actual CD drawer suddenly shot out from the side of the machine - or, more accurately, trundled timidly.The worst bit, though, was that it was unbearably slow to start up and just as sluggish when doing any search at all on the internet, when it finally landed.I've requested a refund. It's on its way back to you - at my expense!Nuala Naughton.(Speechless in Seattle... well Glasgow, actually.

Good product
My daughter loves this laptop. Can’t tell it’s been restored at all. Customer service great too. Only issue at first was the American keyboard not recognising the @ key, but customer service were very helpful and rectified straight away. Great product.
