Works well for Medela pumps
I appreciate the long flange, it's helpful if you have elastic nipples! Works great with my Medela pump. I fl I was being nit-picky, I wish the flange was oval instead of round because I find it more comfortable but doesn't make a huge difference.

Works great with the Medela symphony but not with the Medela hand pump.
