Great product. I could definitely notice an improvement in my reps after using this product. I used the route of one scoop per day so it took a few weeks of consistant use before I noticed the difference, but there definitely is a difference once your muscles are fully saturated. My body did feel slightly 'inflated' whilst using this, which is a good thing and came with a lot of compliments. I also noticed I felt smaller when I stopped using it for a few weeks due to illness. Good product and would recommend though.

Same as any other creatine I have taken in my lifetime. All have taste and resadue. Not sure if it's creapure as it's not anywhere on the product and therefore expensive for what it is.
