I bought this for my 7 year old grandson who needed some incentive for practicing his cello. He thought it would be great to write his practice time etc in a journal. He has an antique school desk that has a space for an ink bottle and quill pen (I also happen to have a spare bedroom that has been turned into the HP Gryffindor Common Room LOL ⚡️ /💫 ). We looked at numerous quill sets on Amazon and he chose this one. It is beautiful and he loves every item in the gorgeous box that the items come in. He absolutely loves it!

This was a gift for my niece who loves Harry Potter. She loved it! Has a lot of cool pieces that resemble the old style of writing. I do wish it came with more than 1 piece of paper and 1 envelope. I went and purchased more letter paper from michaels to go with it. She should have fun writing some pen pal letters with it👍

This is a great gift for those in your life that have amazing handwriting. My wife has beautiful handwriting and use to write with quil pens. When I found this and got it for her, she fell in love with it.

I have a Hogwarts/Harry Potter themed desk, and this was definitely a nice addition to it. Would highly recommend it. If you are going to use it to constantly right with, you will need to get some more ink. The bottle that comes with it is very tiny, but other than that this is a great starter kit.

This is a very nice set. Bought it for my wife for christmas, and she uses it all the time now. The pen tips are cool, just dip into the ink for a second, and write. Easy to wipe off when done. The only tricky part is the wax for the seals. You have to burn the selected colored candle's wax into the spoon, which you have to keep heated by the provided tea candle, which you then drip onto the paper and use the seal stamp. Be careful, the spoon handle gets hot. Excellent quality set, great potter fan gift. Make sure theyre old enough to handle candles, ink, and such responsibly
