Q: Can I use a usb web cam, usb mouse and usb keyboard at the same time without adding power?

I think so, not sure how much wattage you’d get though. I charged two devices with a usb keyboard with it at the same time.

Q: Can i use it for my phone? I have an android a galaxy a52 5g i dont have a laptop so i transfer movies and stuff theough my phone.

But please note that the speed of data transfer will be limited to 480 Mbps instead of 5Gbps since the samsung galaxy A52 phone has only a USB Type-C 2.0 port.
