Prana Vidya

This book is Volume 2 in a sequence (the first is "Prana and Pranayama"), and they're both VERY readable because of how clearly they were written. If you have any interest at all in this topic, they're both fantastic.

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK IF YOUR LOOKING FOR EVEN MORE ADVANCED TECHNIQUES. THE AUTHER IS A MASTER GURU AND STARTS FROM THE BEGINING TO END WITH A LOT OF EXCERSIZES INCLUDED. THERE QUITE SIMPLY MAY NOT BE ANOTHER WORK OF THIS QUALITY.

Great book ... advanced information here presented in a very technical manner that you won't be able to find anywhere else. Really crappy quality control by the publisher ... book arrived with blank pages every other 2 pages for the first 20 pages. Fortunately that was only the introductory part!
