Granddaughter uses it in large paddling pool and loves it’s lifelike movement. Easy for a 5 year old to control

The shark looks great, although the remote is cheap feeling. It also comes with a little screwdriver for the battery compartments which is a nice touch.Big issue is that one motor is a lot weaker than the other, so it won't go straight when you push both levers to go forwards, which means it's not much fun for a kid to use. I took it apart to see what the problem was, but one of the motors is just not as strong as the other, so there's no way to fix it.

The picture gives the impression is blasts through the water and also the fact it’s a shark you would hope it moves slightly! we took this to the boating lake near us and it was ridiculous. It doesn’t go in any direction; just round in circles regardless of what button your pressing. It goes incredibly slow to the point of not moving and the battery compartment is under four tiny screws which are a pain to get out. A complete waste ofMoney. Do not buy otherwise you will be retrieving it in your pants from the middle of a lake!

We used this to make the hook-a-duck game a bit more interesting at a charity event, the inevitable result of a slightly intoxicated late night zoom call in preparation for the event. Quick test in the bath went fine, but when the day arrived it was immediately obvious that only one of the propellors was working so it could only move in a drunken circle. Not a problem, it's a round pool anyway, we concluded. Then a bit fell off, followed by more bits, and any attempt to fix it just resulted in further bits coming off. I'd guess we got about 20 minutes of hook-a-duck disruption from this before it disintegrated, until ultimately it looked like Chief Brody had struck again. In conclusion: Do not bother. They can thank me for the 1 star.

This product is rubbish. The remote takes typical batteries but you have to charge the battery inside the shark’s chest (which is a nuisance) and it looks like a fire hazard. Dodgy remote, buttons gets stuck. The shark itself moves SLOWLY and it’s difficult to control it. It doesn’t go in a straight line and it’s complicated to figure out the direction it will swim. The battery lasts for about 20min before it needs recharged. I’m a swim teacher in a 20 meter pool and the range the control can reach is more like 10 meters, not 40 as described. Not value for money. More suitable for a bathtub.

Purchased for my 7yr old son for Christmas, once he unwrapped it we charged it ect, once fully charged we went to use it in the bath however the shark didn't work, I double checked everything and I still didn't work, there was no moment nor sound of it trying to move, the propellers didn't even attempt to turn. The controllers red light just flashed, one very disappointed kid, returned.

Pain to use having to keep unscrewing and screwing back on four tiniest screws just to charge battery. No instructions came with it. Not good value for money prefer my sons rubber shark .Not easy to use

Shark poorly turns as tail is in the same position most of the time without proper bending.

After using it not that often for 6 months, one motor has failed already. From the start, the shark has a drift into 1 direction and never was able properly to go forward.

Es muy entretenido y a la vez curioso. La verdad es que no coje mucha velocidad, es lo que no me gusta. A los niños les gusta bastante porque intentan de cogerse unos a los otros con el tiburón.
