Horrendous. The most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. There are springs that have started popping, and can be felt when sitting. To call it a sofa/futon is an insult to sofas and futons. The only thing I like about it is how it quickly turns into a bed, and the Pull down armrest/cupholders. However, using it as a bed is pointless because of how uncomfortable it is. The side arms are cheaply padded. You can feel the corners of the 2x4 wood used for construction. Return window is just long enough to where you’ll miss it before realizing how much of a piece of crap this is. I would’ve rather gambled the money I spent and lost. I will be following up with Amazon about this despite being outside of the return window. Save your money.

Original review unpublished. Updated review: the sofa was received without the cup holders - the fabric was sewn over the openings, so the entire console was unusable. Since the console was the entire reason we purchased this particular sofa, it was disappointing. Amazon offered to replace, but we didn't have time to wait for another item to ship so we have to live with it. They did reduce the cost to compensate for the quality, which was also appreciated. So I would give Amazon themselves a great score for customer service but would give the sofa the lowest score for quality. My recommendation is to choose an alternative.

This couch is perfect for us! As long as you don’t expect it to be big or plushy, you won’t be disappointed. It’s not very thick, but it’s perfectly comfortable and compact. We love the drink holder and the fact that it pulls out into a sleeper. We got an inexpensive couch on purpose because we know our cats are going to scratch it up. Nothing we can do about that, lol

I bought this sofa because I like the color. The sofa came on time but it was very difficult to put the arms on. Now found the broken part. See the picture. I cannot return it because the return window has been closed.Don’t buy. Bad quality!

Really classy and attractive sofa. Installation pretty smooth. Instructions was clear. Texture is nice and this color really mellow in my living room. Cup holders are addition to this sofa...

One of the legs of the couch came damaged and there’s no way we will waste time by returning the whole product when this is the only part that came damaged .

Awfully uncomfortable sofa. So dissatisfied. I took my chances to order online without sitting on it and now I pay the price- returning it. It looks cute, but not functional. It’s very hard, narrow and uncomfortable to lay on it.
