Im keeping this computer but it came im bad condition , it has lots of scratches a missing screw, the edge of the laptop has lots of hits , buttom case it’s bendand has impacts holes. The box when it came had a foot mark like someone step on it.A bit false description of a renewed laptop 1 star

Screen quit working after 7 months
The screen just went black one day and hasn't come back since. Working on getting it fixed through the warranty, but definitely bummed it died after so short a time.

I couldn't get the screen quality to perform to my liking
Poor screen quality/ graphics in my opinion. I returned it & went with the Hp Envy with the Amd Ryzen 5 processor instead & I love it.

Died after a month
Worked great for the first month. Then the screen went black and it gave me a code for mother board failure. Good thing there was a 90 day return policy on Amazon Renewed items!

Outstanding Value
I bought my wife a refurbished HP Envy laptop probably 7-8 yrs ago, it's been great but its old and slow compared to my 4 yr old refurbed HP Envy. She's had it a month and it's blazing fast compared her old one. This is 3 HP Envys I've gotten and no problems.
