I was disappointed that the dimensions were before hemming but I’m very impressed with how well made this is. I purchased it to replace another shade cloth that tore after less than a week. This one should last the rest of the summer and probably all next summer too.

Using it to protect a rooftop tent when not in use; heat and sun get extreme where I live and could ruin it. Not with this shade. Knocks down the heat by at least 15 degrees which I hope is enough to keep the tent in good shape. Product is very good; sturdy, flexible, and so far fade resistant. Would buy again.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a quality hardware kit to properly tension your sail. Built a 13' by 13' (on center) frame to hang our hammock and the sail. The 11' by 11' sail fits nicely in between. Used wire wire rope and spring clips to attach to freeze board on house (be sure to tie into a joist) and tensioners (turn buckles) at the posts. This setup is easy up and easy down in case of high winds. Had the sail up with moderate wind and rain. Rain soaks through and the sail dries quickly. Only time will tell regarding durability.

The color is disgusting, but it will have to do for this summer. I hate that I had to buy the tools to install it separately.It is not water resistant and I don’t think it will last more than 2 summers here in South California.Oh and the measurements is from corner to corner, but those corners are curved so no you don’t get the full measurements all around.You get what you pay for, right!
