Ok weird product to review I get it. But I have been using these since having kiddos. You know nothing is ever the same after having babies. I take one per day in the evening before bed. EVERYDAY. I used to get these at Sams club and they were much cheaper, however I felt like I was paying for a membership just to be able to buy these. These are a great product. They keep you stools soft. I recommend increasing water intake with them. This large bottle will last you a long time too.

I can't believe that I am reviewing this, butt here goes my constipation story! 😬 I had chronic back ups all through my childhood and it didn't matter what I ate and they couldn't figure out why it was happening. When I became an adult it gradually went away into my late 20's. YAY! Now since my late 30's (that was a short time) I have suffered from OIC. I mainly used Milk of Magnesia 🤢 and Prune juice to keep regular until my doctor prescribed me fiber tablets and suggested Cola even and even at one point prescribed me Movantik. That stuff (with regular use) caused withdrawals so I only take that in an emergency because it works fast! I went online in search of some fiber tablets and stool softener and the Kirkland brand was one I knew so that was the one I stuck with for 3 years. This time when I was running low because I have to take 4 a day I was on hunt for a larger quantity and I found this and I knew that it was Sam's Club brand. Plus there were 100 more softgels than Kirkland brand so I jumped on it! I have been using them for a while now and my bottle is about half gone and I have to say that they both work the same and I see no difference in that aspect, but I am going to keep buying Member's Mark Stool Softener for my needs because it still has more bang for the butt... I mean BUCK!! I would recommend this stool softener without any reservations to anyone if you need a little motivation and your kale smoothie isn't helping, wash a couple of these down with it and you'll have a bigger pep in your step in no time! No doubt!

Works well. I have osteoarthritis which makes it necessary for me to take a low dose opioid through the day. That helps with my pain, but it slows down my system to a very strong discomfort level. I take one in the morning and one at night, It does not cause an urgency to rush to the bathroom. It does help re-establish a 'normal' elimination cycle.This product is a very good strength and does exactly what the manufacturer states. Drink lots of water,

This item is a good bargain as well as good quality. For me they work the same as the brand name item. I have recommended this item to friends who need this product to get it on line and not buy name brand. Same quality better price. It is also convenient to get this size because it lasts and comes directly to your door.

They do "the job" without any pains or uncomfortable feelings like many non-softener laxatives. Have not had any side effects either.
