Backround hummm.....
It works fine, but there is a hum if the volume is too low, or when the music or talking is not playing. I just keep the volume up, and it's great for the price.

Best Stereo sound
Worked right away when connected to iPhone and stereo effects are fantastic.Forward & Rewind worked as expected.Love this product and recommend.

Close to perfect, performs well.
The three other brands of Cassette adapters I have bought either didn't work or were slightly squeaky squeaky noisy. I was hoping this one would be quieter. It does work, and it's slightly quieter, but still makes a small squeak noise, only noticable when music isn't playing. As long as any speech or music is playing they cover up the small noise. But if there is nothing playing, it's slightly noticable. I believe this model transfers the signal in stereo, whereas the other brands I had were only mono. While I'm slightly annoyed that it still makes a small noise, overall it's better than any other adapters I have tried.

This sucked.DONT BUY IT
This sucked. I plugged in my phone and it sounded like someone was banging on every inch of my car. It scared my son while he was sleeping. It sucks. Don’t buy it.

its ok
works good once you mess with it in the cassette player better. probably better to just get the Bluetooth equivalent

So far so good
So far this product has been good. I was very surprised by the sound quality, it sounds the same as the radio or when I used Bluetooth I thought it was going to be worse considering how cheap it was. If this product breaks I will update this review but so far it has been good. Good value

It hasn't broken!
It makes noise, but it does the job and not broken yet which is a huge bonus. I'm pretty sure this noise would be in all of them inherently.
