This was a god send postpartum! I have recommended this to all my pregnant friends.I used this for about 2-3 weeks after giving birth to my daughter. I would fill with warm water and some witch Hazel and spray in the shower. My stitches felt completely fine after only a few days and I had an episiotomy. I think this and arnica tablets definitely helped my healing time and it was probably my Best Buy!

I have been using it after having my baby, my stiches came off and got infected. It was perfect thing for keeping the perineum clean and I think it definitely helped the healing. Very easy to use and comes with a nice little bag to carry it around.

I am so glad I brought this, what an easy but brilliant idea. It is so easy to use, and to keep clean. The soft bottle helps to spray the water perfectly and it can travel with you in it's own carry case, so where ever you are you have a clean booty.

Great invention but the spray part nozzle did come off and get stuck in the lid a few times while using it. I had to get a knife to get it out, which is not ideal when sitting on the toilet seat. I probably would buy again though if needed

Saved my life after giving birth. Couldn’t use the toilet unless I showered. This helped me to go whenever I needed, without needing to use the shower.

Have problems with sciatica there were days I could hardly move, so going the loo just made things worse for my back. My wife suggested trying this and I have to say she was right. Not having to bend and twist my body to wipe aloud me to break the cycle and improve my back condition great for anyone with similar problems and would highly recommend.

Perfect ready for my hospital bag and to use after little one is born. Great quality and easy to use

This is a very useful gadget with a spray head. The problem is that the spray head sometimes falls off so check it carefully. Hence 4 stars.
