2-1/2 H x 1/2 Shank Rockler Shutter Louver Bit

I needed to make 70 pieces of louvre stock to each be cut down to their respective lengths. Each blank was 5' long. So 70 pieces needed to be run 4 times through the router bit = 1400 linear feet run through the bit. It held its edge and completed the task with the last one as smooth as the first one. I used poplar, which is neither too hard nor gummy. I'm sure this helped with the longevity of the bit.

Used it on Nylon GSM

As advertised, had some type of protection applied to the bit so it’s not damaged in transit. Well made.
