I really like this brand. It’s easy to mix. Doesn’t change color, consistency or taste if you’re mixing it with other drinks.No gritty or bitter taste!

The media could not be loaded. Creatine is something you have to be very careful of because some brands have creatine that doesn't dissolve well and that's how you know it's cheap others have creatine that doesn't work and then there's redcon one with creatine minor hydrate which works great It mixes well there is no taste to this version it's quality ingredients and helps you perform much better than you would without it.

So far I'm liking the raw creatine. It's much easier to mix with water, tea, coffee, almost anything. There's absolutely no taste but it does not dissolve immediately. If you let it sit for about 15 minutes, it'll dissolve into your liquid. I'm still in the saturation phase and the first day was pretty rough, as I felt like I was going to come out of my skin. Third day is much better, and now I'm feeling much more normal. I have high hopes and I feel this is going to be a good supplement for my boost of creatine. I would would recommend.Word of advice, do be careful opening it. It has the texture of extremely fine. Powdered sugar. One heavy exhale anywhere near the open container will have a cloud of creatine floating in the air. Also the little scoop says it's 5 g, but I weighed it and it's 3 g flat to the top. I have to heap it to get 5 g out of a scoop.

So far good product for the price

I am a regular gym guy who relays on good products to help me recover. This is one of the best I’ve ever used.
